Under our signature Look Good, Feel Good training, the Look Good component covers Corporate Grooming & Power Dressing and the Feel Good component includes Dance Wellness - Body Language which covers poise, posture, hand gestures, eye contact, sitting, standing, walking, non - verbal communication, business interactions and confidence building. The Feel Good component also has a module which covers movement, body language and overall wellness through the medium of dance and has been scientifically designed as a fun, team building routine.
